Salary/Hourly: Two most recent paystubs from employer or the 2 most recent month’s bank statements (tax refunds will not be accepted as monthly income).
Relocation: Offer letter or income verification from the Applicant’s Employer.
Self Employed: Previous year’s tax return, 1099, and most current bank statement.
Social Security disbursement letters: A disbursement letter from the current year showing monthly amount of statement.
Child Support: A court order representing the terms of the proposed assistance.
Savings Account: A minimum average ending balance of 3 times the total rent due for the last 12 months.
In-state guarantors will be accepted for Applicants who do not meet the required rent-to-income. Only 1 guarantor per property is permissible. The Guarantor must complete an application and pay the non-refundable application fee. Guarantors must have a gross monthly income oftimes the monthly rent and meet all other qualifying criteria.
